Residential real estate keeps us busiest here: purchase and refinance signings, deeds, title paperwork and the vehicle and DMV documents that go with moving house.
We meet at homes, offices and title companies, and we will do evenings and weekends because most refinances are signed after work. Bring photo identification for every person signing and leave the documents unsigned — a notary has to watch the signature happen, so anything signed in advance has to be signed again.
