Corporate and legal work dominates here — board resolutions, certificates of incumbency, closing sets, and documents that have to be authenticated for use outside the United States.
We also act as Delaware registered agent, and we file BOC-3 process agent designations. If a closing set has to be signed by several officers in different places, say so when you book and we will plan the signing order rather than discovering the problem at the table.

We also cover Elsmere, Newport, Greenville, New Castle on the same trips, so if you are just outside Wilmington it is still one visit.
